What will CHAZ do for you
As the senior leader in business, ultimately be responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring the team deliver Lakethorne’ s first class services on site.
Ensure all the values of Lakethorne are upheld and projected to customers and throughout the business.
Be responsible for the leadership of all Directors and managers including effective development, coaching and support to ensure highest possible standards and client satisfaction are achieved and maintained. Ultimate goal is to exceed customer satisfaction whilst ensuring all employees are working in environment, they feel valued and respected.
Encourage a positive health and safety culture amongst the team, suppliers, contractors and all site users, particularly with regard to personal behaviours and incident & near-miss reporting.
Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.

In previous roles looked after BBC Security, Front of House and Security at the London Stock exchange now clients range from 30% Education, 30% Medical and rest Commercial and Manufacturing.
